Rhubarb Pizza’s are firing up the oven again from 5pm! 🔥

Freshly made, wood-fired pizzas with plenty of toppings to choose from — and judging by these photos, choosing might be the hardest part. 🤤😂

🌒✨ IT’S TONIGHT! ✨🌒

We shared this with you last week and suddenly… the night is here! 🥹🌒✨

The night we’ve been waiting for and we’re keeping everything crossed for clear Cornish skies! 🤞❤️

Tonight, Wednesday 12th August, we’ll be treated to a spectacular partial solar eclipse, with Cornwall being one of the best places in the UK to watch it. 🌒

⏰ Eclipse timings:
🌒 Begins around 6:18pm
✨ Maximum eclipse around 7:15pm
🌅 Ends around 8:09pm

Find yourself a lovely spot with a clear view towards the western horizon, grab a blanket and settle in for what could be a really special Cornish evening. ❤️

And don’t head inside once the sun goes down… 🌠✨

Tonight also falls around the peak of the Perseid meteor shower, so later in the evening and into the night, keep looking up for shooting stars. 💫

Good morning from Polzeath… 🌊☀️❤️

6am and the beach is almost completely ours. 🥰

One of the lovely things about being so close to the coast is being able to start the day like this…

🐾 An early morning walk with the dog
☕ Breakfast on the beach
🌊 A little sea air before the day begins

Dogs are welcome on Polzeath Beach before 10am during the summer, so an early start is definitely worth it. 🐶❤️

And with Polzeath just a few minutes down the road from Gunvenna, mornings like this really are right on our doorstep.

Not a bad way to start a Wednesday… 🥰🌊
