We’re just over halfway through our first lot of hedge and tree trimming for this year - it’s certainly been a hot one 🥵
Having to catch “almost” all the cuttings with tarps adds to the work especially around caravans and fully set up awnings but we are getting there! (Just don’t mention the regrowth of hedges we trimmed in May) 😂

Ruby’s school is having a fundraiser which includes a silent auction.
We have donated a 2 night stay in our Lookout Cottage, 3 bedroom, sleeps 5 (no pets).
The stay can be taken up to the end of December 2027 (excluding July & August) and is worth up to £350 depending on dates booked.
If you’ve stayed with us previously or fancy trying a cottage break instead of camping why not bid on the auction and help our small village school at the same time 🥰

A beautiful evening spent at Port Quin about 20 minutes drive from our site. “Traditional” Cornish lanes take you down to the National Trust owned cove. You will be rewarded with peace, tranquility and a lovely spot to paddleboard or take a dip
