We border the river Steeping with local cycle tracks and country walks, as well as an on site fishing lake and pub, so there is always plenty to do. The seaside resort of Skegness is only 8 miles away. We are also near to the towns of Wainfleet, Spilsby and Horncastle. We have:

The Holly Tree fishing lake has 28 pegs and is securely fenced in. Children are only allowed if accompanied by an adult. The Lake is well stocked with many different species including Large Tench, Bream, and Carp up to 25lb to name but a few. All nets MUST be dipped before fishing the lake. Only barbless hooks allowed. The Holly Tree Pub at the centre of the complex; it is a 17th Century cottage pub comprising of two bars, a pool table, games and outside seating area. This is a family friendly pub, so children are allowed in accompanied by an adult. The pub opens from 7pm till late on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.
