A winters walk. This made me feel so alive. We can reach the river in just a quick 10 minute walk.
There’s always something to see there, what ever the weather or season. It’s where the River Thame meets the Isis, making it Thamesis- the Thames.

Happy New Year to all the lovely guests who have stayed with us this last year.
We have just enjoyed a wonderful walk up in snowy Stoke Row followed by a bowl of chips and a mulled wine by the fire to warm ourselves up … super cosy!!
I have included the lovely walk we did along with a few others.

This!! This is the view you have whilst tucked up in bed. Looking out across the field, over towards the Thames, which is what we have to thank for the magical misty dusks and dawns. Breath taking beauty.
