Another gorgeous day at Walton-on-Naze .
So lovely to see families enjoying the beach. The volleyball net, buckets and spades and sandcastles, body boards, footballs, paddle board, playing catch with the dogs. It’s all happening. And all you can hear is laughter. ❤️

An Evening to Restore - with Nia Dance and Yoga on the beach

📍Red Beach Hut at Walton on the Naze

We’re really pleased to invite you for a beautiful restorative evening by the sea. Two beautiful people have gifted their time to offer you some guided movement to help you slow down and reconnect with your body, creating space for you.

6.00 Arrive at D8 the Red Beach Hut or on the beach at Southcliff

6.15 pm Emma Bloom is offering yoga. She will guide you gently so you don’t have to bend or stretch in any way that doesn’t feel right.

7.30 pm Sarah Varella is offering Barefoot Nia Dance on the beach. Joyful self expression through movement.

Afterwards we will enjoy a lovely meal in the beach hut. You could have a dip in the sea too .

Pay what you can afford. This is an open activity, Everyone is welcome. 🤗

All funds go towards selfcare activities for people affected by someone else’s addiction. Please book a ticket so we know how many to cater for. 🤗

Ps, no experience is necessary as demonstrated by my child’s pose with my bottom in the air 🤗

Beside The Seaside Cafe
This is a new cafe in Walton so I had to pay them a visit and test out the breakfast menu. 😁
It is delicious, perfectly cooked and so fresh!
I love a traditional home cooked cafe breakfast, especially after ParkRun on a Saturday morning.

It’s a short walk from the beach hut. They do lunch as well. And have a kids menu. And takeaway.

You can find their card in both Maple and Dragon Hut. All of our customers can also receive a discount. I’ll send an email explaining more

This weather is simply glorious. Yes a bit hot but the sea is a wonderful way to cool down.
