From today 22 September to 17 October 2025:
The A35 road will be closed at Bloxworth between Fox Pound and Morden Park Corner. There will be a signed diversion. This is a 24 hour a day closure.

See the map and further details: https://orlo.uk/RjJlp

The Bere Road and access to Birchwood remains open but please allow more time for your journey.

Road closure for drainage improvements on the A35 near Bloxworth

We will be installing new larger drainage pipes and making highway repairs on a stretch of the A35 between Bere Regis and the Bakers Arms roundabout from Monday 22 September. The larger pipes will reduce the risk of blockages that have been causing the road to flood.

The road will be closed between Fox Pound and Morden Park Corner from 22 September to 17 October 2025. There will be a signed diversion following national regulations for traffic to be diverted onto roads with the same classification as the one that is closed. This is a 24 hour a day closure.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we carry out this essential work.

Again, because some of you missed it due to sold-out performances.

The profound true story of husband and wife, Raynor and Moth Winn’s 630-mile trek along the beautiful but rugged Cornish, Devon and Dorset coastline. After being forcibly removed from their home, they make the desperate decision to walk in the hope that, in nature, they will find solace and a sense of acceptance. With depleted resources, only a tent and some essentials between them, every step along the path is a testament to their growing strength and determination. THE SALT PATH is a journey that is exhilarating, challenging, and liberating in equal measure. A portrayal of home, how it can be lost and rediscovered in the most unexpected ways.

πŸŽ₯ THE SALT PATH (12A) at the REX in July:
Fri 4th 3pm
Sun 6th 7:10pm with subtitles
Mon 7th 7:10pm
Tues 8th 6pm
Wed 9th 3pm
