Ready to dip a toe into cold water swimming?

Join us this Saturday (24 October) to learn about the joys and benefits of cold water swimming with Anna, our qualified open water lifeguard and certified cold water practitioner.

You’ll receive essential safety tips and techniques to ensure you feel confident before, during and after your swim. The session also includes an hour of swimming in our spring-fed lake.

Afterwards, we'll relax around the fire pit with a hot drink and snacks to celebrate an afternoon well spent.
