Our Stop Smoking team has been busy across Warrington this month! 💚

So far, we've been out supporting local communities at the OJP Flu & Covid Vaccination Clinic, Priestley College, Aubry Court, Home Bargains and Living Well Hubs, helping people access free stop smoking advice and support.

And we're not done yet! Don't worry if you've missed us so far, there are plenty more drop-in sessions taking place throughout October 🙌

What a knockout session at our Over 50s Sports & Social group yesterday! 🥊

Participants at Torus Broomfields were joined by special guest, former Olympic and Commonwealth boxer Courtney Fry, who put the group through their paces with a fun and engaging chair-based boxing session.

There were plenty of smiles, lots of energy and the chance to try something new, with members even getting a lesson in Courtney's signature "froppacut" 🥊😂

We can't promise it's an official boxing move, but it certainly went down a treat!

The group also enjoyed hearing about Courtney's sporting journey and quizzing him on some of the highlights from his boxing career, before rounding off the session with a well-earned brew and a chat ☕👥

Together, we raised awareness, supported an incredible cause and filled the room with energy, smiles and community spirit 💕
