✨ A Special Mention for Anne & Martyn ✨

As another camping season comes to an end at Scar Close, we wanted to give a very special mention to Anne & Martyn, the amazing people behind it all. ❤️

Running a campsite is no mean feat — and they work incredibly hard to make sure everyone has the best possible stay. From running the campsite and keeping everything looking fantastic, to opening Scarbucks every day, greeting guests with a smile, a chat and a warm welcome, keeping the shower blocks spotless, dealing with all the admin… the list really does go on! ☕️🏕️🧹

They put so much time, care and effort into Scar Close, and it really shows. We honestly think they’ve done an amazing job this season and deserve a HUGE thank you! 👏❤️

Now it’s time for a little rest and relaxation… although, let’s be honest, not quite! 😂

Our luxury holiday bothies are open all year round, so there’s still plenty going on. If you haven’t visited them yet, come and see them for yourselves — they really are fantastic! 🥰

This lovely lady and her partner who are camping with us this weekend brought with them 3 young pigeons all of which need care to get them back to release health well apart from this guy who cannot be released due to the lack of a lower beak so its a lifetime of hand feeding , well done these compassionate people

Hi everyone due to the present lovely hot dry weather it is very important that we all make ourselves fire aware, to this end and sorry to say that we cannot allow fires and charcoal BBQs to be lit on our Camping / Glamping site we know this is disappointing but in the interest of everyone's safety and the preservation of the beautiful surroundings we are in we hope you understand
