Next stop on our Overland through Namibia and Botswana was the Cheetah Conservation Fund.
This organisation is helping save the cheetah from extinction. Cheetah Conservation Fund’s holistic conservation strategy is the key to success in saving the cheetah and its ecosystem. CCF works to develop best practices that benefit the entire ecosystem upon which the cheetah depends. CCF’s programs address the concerns for wildlife populations and the human communities that share the landscape.

When is the best time to visit South Africa? 🇿🇦

If we had a pound for every time we were asked this, we’d probably be on safari right now. 😉

Next stop on our South African Secrets adventure was Etosha National Park. Etosha gave us 5 incredible days of safari with amazing game🦒🦛🦏🦓🐘.
Great camps in Olifantrus, Halali
and Namuntoni.

On our Namibian adventure our next stop was 1 night at Cape Cross to see the Seal Colony. The lodge is set looking straight out to the Atlantic Ocean with amazing views. The Seal 🦭 colony is much bigger the we expected apparently getting up to 250,000 🦭.
Definitely had a very strong smell and not that pleasant.

Connection to the modern world has been difficult, but the Namibian adventure has been amazing so far.
A quick catch up was an overnight stay at a small game farm near Windhoek before a 3rd spectacular night at Spitzkoppe.

First day of our 3 week adventure to Namibia 🇳🇦 and Botswana 🇧🇼 with 6 great friends.
Durban to Johannesburg and overnight at the Intercontinental before we all fly to Windhoek tomorrow.
We will be keeping you updated with regular post on our adventures.

Zanzibar has got a great variety of things to experience from sunset cruises, snorkelling and watching dolphins around your Dhow, culture and history of Stone Town or just relaxing around the pool or on the beach 🏝️.
