Then perhaps visit one of our numerous local National Trust Properties, Packwood House, Baddesley Clinton or Coughton Court. Being in Shakespeare's country, Stratford upon Avon is 15 mins drive, where you can boat on the Avon, then have a pre dinner meal down Sheep Street before enjoying a performance at the Theatre. For more active days visit Warwick Castle for medieval feasts, jousting, Horrible Histories or perhaps a summer outdoor concert. Hatton Countyworld will keep any child happy for a day with their birds of prey shows, animal petting centre, fun rides and sheep racing etc etc. Being near to the NEC we can also offer accommodation for events.

Big Barn is an early 19C barn conversion that can be used as either a two, three or four bedroom barn. (Two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs).

It is situated on a private farm with other converted barns 5 miles north of Warwick. There is parking to the front of the barn and the private enclosed courtyard has a paved and stoned patio area, which is south facing.

The old blue brick steps lead up to the front door, as you walk into the barn the large open plan sitting room is to the right and spacious dining area to the left. The kitchen is fitted with a farmhouse country style cooker and is big enough to take a small table and chairs. There is a large utility room with oil central heating boiler and fittings to take a washing machine. The downstairs hallway leads to two downstairs rooms that could be used as either third and fourth bedrooms or a playroom and study. Opposite these rooms is the downstairs cloakroom, fitted with a shower.

The open plan staircase rises from the hallway and leads up to spacious landing with natural wooden floorboards, offering further room for storage. The master bedroom is at the front of the barn and is south facing. It overlooks the farm fields and has an enormous fitted wardrobe. The second double bedroom is at the top of the stairs and has a beamed ceiling with two roof lights. The main bathroom has a bath with victorian taps with shower fitting and also a large separate shower.

Terms:
Properties are let on Assured Shorthand Tenancy Agreements, usually one year minimum. Rent is to be paid monthly in advance by Standing Order.
