This lovely barn is now let to the end of August 2021.

Big Barn is an early 19C barn conversion that can be used as either a two, three or four bedroom barn. (Two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs).

It is situated on a private farm with other converted barns 5 miles north of Warwick. There is parking to the front of the barn and the private enclosed courtyard has a paved and stoned patio area, which is south facing.

The old blue brick steps lead up to the front door, as you walk into the barn the large open plan sitting room is to the right and spacious dining area to the left. The kitchen is fitted with a farmhouse country style cooker and is big enough to take a small table and chairs. There is a large utility room with oil central heating boiler and fittings to take a washing machine. The downstairs hallway leads to two downstairs rooms that could be used as either third and fourth bedrooms or a playroom and study. Opposite these rooms is the downstairs cloakroom, fitted with a shower.

The open plan staircase rises from the hallway and leads up to spacious landing with natural wooden floorboards, offering further room for storage. The master bedroom is at the front of the barn and is south facing. It overlooks the farm fields and has an enormous fitted wardrobe. The second double bedroom is at the top of the stairs and has a beamed ceiling with two roof lights. The main bathroom has a bath with victorian taps with shower fitting and also a large separate shower.

Terms:
Properties are let on Assured Shorthand Tenancy Agreements, usually one year minimum. Rent is to be paid monthly in advance by Standing Order. The required Deposit is equivalent to one and a half months' and is payable along with the first months rent on signing the contract. The deposit is held in a Government approved Scheme.
