A fabulous day out with Louis Cortez and William. If you are staying at bonners lodge this is something you need to go and see the day show at Kynren. Four shows in one day and lots of other things to see in between.

Ray was not a fan of having his legs clipped. But is doing so well I really thought he would have a melt down 😀

Ray part one

Ive never clipped or seen a donkey clipped before so this is a first for both of us. Ray has never been clipped but he did not like the hair falling in front him🙈🤣
You might ask why are we clipping a donkey - as well as having laminitis he also has cushings disease which for some reason turns him into a hairy mammoth. On his vet check 2 weeks ago she recommended we clip him as some of his hair had started to mat causing irritation to his skin and he was way too hot.
Has anyone else ever clipped a donkey? Let me know in the comments.
