The Warren bedroom open for bookings now.
We have a lovely dining room with stunning countryside views.
We are very proud of our visit England 5 star gold award rating along with achieving a rose award for outstanding customer service.

We are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in County Durham but very close to the Northumberland border.

This is our largest room the Polar suite.
At last we are fully open again after being closed for a year due to a kitchen fire. We are filling up quickly so recommend booking soon to avoid disappointment.
If you book direct a discount will be applied to your booking depending on the length of stay. Eg 5% for 2 night stay 10% for 4 night stay the longer you stay the greater the discount.

Poor Ray was so upset when Rosie wouldn’t come to say hello to him at the gate she was more interested in being in a different field and eating grass. He stood for ages at the gate watching her.

Can you believe our bad luck we have 2 ride on lawn mowers and both are broken and will cost more to repair than they are worth🙈 thank you again Paul for taking on the huge challenge of cutting the grass with the pushy lawn mower😘
