A solar eclipse.
The Perseid meteor shower.
A New Moon.
And some of the darkest skies in the country. 🌑💫

One of our favourite things about staying here is what happens after the sun goes down.

With so little light pollution, step outside the cottage on a clear night and the sky is quite incredible — stars, planets, the Milky Way and, tonight, hopefully plenty of shooting stars.

Just another bit of Exmoor magic. ✨
