Terms and conditions:

1. Minimum age of enrollment is 18. Students aged less than 18 may attend a course only if they have a written consent from parents and have a named guardian in the UK.

2. A student’s registration and enrollment for courses are a binding agreement to finish the course and to pay the full fees. The application form must be signed to show the student’s agreement to follow SPEECH MASTER’s terms and conditions.

3. It is the student’s responsibility to book their course far enough in advance to meet any necessary visa requirements.

4. All new students are required to take a level test. Students cannot choose the level at which they want to study as this will be determined by the written and speaking test.

5. There is a charge of £120.00 in administration fees and to complete the registration and it is non-refundable.

6. Short term study visa students will not be allowed to work or extend their stay within the UK at the end of their course.

7. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that you have applied for the correct visa type and obtained an appropriate permission to be in the UK. SPEECH MASTERS will help provide the necessary documents for the course and accommodation.

8. SPEECH MASTERS reserves the right to refuse, dismiss or terminate enrollment of any student for poor attendance or misconduct or if they are believed not to comply with or act in disrespect to the Law of United Kingdom.

9. Payment of all course fees and the non-refundable administration and registration fee (£120.00) must be received before Enrollment.

10. Fee include:

· Welcoming from the airport with our private Chauffeur

· Accommodation with an English speaking host family

· Full-time course

· Additional Conversation sessions with a native speaker

· Audio material for phonetics, pronunciation, reading and linguistic skills development

· Continuous follow up and progression monitoring

· Transfer back to the airport after course completion

11. Course fees do not include course books, materials, travel expenses, food or social events and health care.

12. Students are expected to attend 100% of their course. Students whose attendance falls below 80% will be contacted and given a warning.

13. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the center.

14.Mobile phones must be put on silent during lessons.

15.Only English is to be spoken during communication.

16.Tolerance of other beliefs and cultures is expected at all times and any form of prejudice or bullying will result in immediate dismissal.

17. Students may from time to time be photographed, the photographs of which may be used in the School’s promotional / publicity material. The student has the right not to be photographed. SPEECH MASTERS reserves the right to all photographs and the use of these photographs in promotional material. The copyright to all photographs shall belong to SPEECH MASTER.

18. Letters and certificates are provided at the end of the course
