We are delighted to announce that seven of our Team Members have been recognised at the recently concluded

and
Awards 2023. This year, five of the awardees were women who were recognised for their unwavering commitment and contribution to the hospitality industry in the region.


Congratulations to
, who was awarded Sustainability Champion of the Year;
Kristoff Lagaza, who was recognised as
Fitness and Recreation Person of the Year;
Srinja Thapa, Kitchen Hero of the Year; Marina Bohnert, F&B Manager of the Year; and
Tania Lusiana, Young Chef of the Year. We would also like to recognise
Siddiq Butt and Elif Yazoglu who were ‘highly commended’ in the
Safety & Security Person of the Year and
GM of The Year (Midscale Resort) categories respectively.  



Our former Jochem-Jan Sleiffer was a passionate advocate for women empowerment, diversity, and inclusion and we were honoured to see that he received a posthumous award for his outstanding contribution
to the region.

I really enjoy working in such a multicultural environment.

In addition, starting from the first day of work here, I was given the opportunity to have a balanced work schedule, which allows me to successfully carry out my work as a mother and as a student.
