The room is full of charm, with an original fireplace now standing as a decorative centrepiece. On the opposite side of the property, the beautifully styled super-king-size bedroom is finished with elegant panelling behind the bed, creating a calm and restful space for a peaceful night’s sleep. The contemporary bathroom has a shower over the bath, providing the choice of a long soak or a refreshing rinse after your adventures.
Outside, a private seating area provides a front-row view over the stunning Fylde Peninsula, with Blackpool Tower twinkling in the distance. Deck chairs will be waiting for you, and there’s a space for enjoying a BBQ as the sun goes down. Guests are welcome to explore many of the estate's wooded trails, clearly marked on maps provided in the cottage. A scenic lake, available for fishing by arrangement with the owner, offers waterside walks, and just a short stroll away is the acclaimed Black Powder Gin distillery, where you can arrange a tour with tastings and drinks in the on-site bar.
