Redlands Farm is a forty acre farm, situated near the village of Stanwick in rural East Northamptonshire. Sited at the top of a hill it provides panoramic views across the Nene Valley and Stanwick Lakes Country Park. We have a working dairy on site from which we make a range of Goats Cheeses (NeneView Dairy). The farmhouse was built in late 2011 and is designed to generate a low carbon footprint by utilising some of the most advanced technology available. Underfloor heating is provided by two Air Source Heat Pumps and the South facing roof boasts Photo-voltaic Panels to provide electricity and Solar Heat panels to reduce the energy required to provide hot water. All toilets, washing machines and hot water systems are fed from rainwater recovery systems, reducing the amount of water consumed and rainwater recovery is extensively used for the animals on the farm. One room is equipped with an en-suite disabled wet room to accommodate guests of all abilities. Rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions with Freeview and the Breakfast Room is also equipped with a flat screen television with Freesat. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
