At Norfolk Dreams ® our coastal cottages are designed with relaxation in mind - Bespoke, stylish and extremely comfortable. All 3 cottages have super fast broadband and Sky Q TV and are just a few minutes walk from each other and the variety of shops gastro pubs and other amenities that Wells has to offer. Whether you select one of the above or all 3 for a larger gathering, you are guaranteed to have a great time!

We just reached 5K followers! Thank you for continuing to support and follow our family run Norfolk cottage business. 👏👏

Our journey started 20 years ago with Chancers cottage, then later with significant renovations of Watchman’s and Captain’s cottages, resulting in a choice of 3 independent coastal cottages with their own unique charm.

We love sharing them with you our guests, and are delighted that so many return again and again.

We could never have made it without each and every one of you. 🙏🤗🎉

We will continue to showcase some amazing images of the area from a variety of photographer’s and individuals, along with any late notice availability, things to do and interesting info about the gorgeous North Norfolk coast.
