Wow...... What a week!!
Just to let you all know, The Stables are still open for business, some of our bookings have been cancelled but if you're looking to self isolate for a while, we have availability.
The cottage is thoroughly cleaned after every guest visit, cleaning products all supplied during your stay for your piece of mind.
Plenty of walking to do to occupy your mind ❤️

The Stables, located in Wookey Hole, famous for its spectacular caves and infamous Witch of Wookey, a few miles from Glastonbury.

The cottage itself is all on the ground floor.
Living room: Equipped with Freeview TV and DVD player.
Fully equipped Kitchen/
dining room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge & washing machine.

Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Small TV.

Wet room: With shower, toilet, grab rails and shower seat if needed.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Welcome pack includes tea, coffee & milk for when you arrive.
Patio with garden furniture. Bike store.

Dogs accepted on request.
Private parking for 2 cars. Wheelchair access.
No smoking.
Electric gates.

This attractive stone built holiday cottage, is in the grounds of our home, on the edge of the pretty village of Wookey Hole.

There are many leisure activities available locally, including pot-holing, hang gliding and mountain biking. There is also a huge choice of walks from the doorstep, including the Monarch & and the west Mendip Way.

Wells has a great local market every Wednesday & Saturday which is worth a visit. Also recommended is a visit to Wells Cathedral which is a beautiful building, especially at night lit up.
The town of Glastonbury is only a few miles away, with its 14th-century tower dominating the landscape of Glastonbury Tor.
20 minute drive/taxi from the famous Glastonbury Festival.
Pub and restaurant 10 minute walk.
City of Wells 5 minute drive.
Bristol & Bath all in a short drive or on main bus route.
