To all our existing customers, and hopefully some new ones too,
We would like to let you know about the measures we take to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements.
We have separate deep-fat fryers for gluten-free, fish, chicken and vegan foods. We also have a dedicated preparation area for gluten-free items, with chopping boards and knives used solely for gluten-free food preparation.
While we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely gluten-free, we do our very best to minimise the risk of cross-contamination and provide options for those with dietary needs.
Every day, we offer a selection of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan cakes alongside our regular range. These are served using colour-coded knives and cake slices to help prevent cross-contamination.
We also provide gluten-free bread for anyone who requires it and use a separate butter spread to ensure it has not come into contact with regular bread crumbs. Many of our meals can be adapted to suit a gluten-free diet, and wherever possible we use gluten-free ingredients.
We also offer gluten-free fruit, plain and cheese scones.
For milk alternatives, we stock oat, almond, coconut and soya milk.
And to finish off, we even have gluten-free cones so you can enjoy a delicious Marshfield Farm ice cream too!
We know we are not the only establishment working hard to accommodate different dietary requirements, but we wanted to share some of the steps we take to help our customers feel confident when dining with us.
