What a night!❤️🇱🇰

Our Sri Lankan night on Saturday was a proper success – full house, full plates, and so many of you trying something new with us.

Thank you to everyone who came, ate, and stayed for a chat. And a huge thank you to our kitchen team for working so hard to get every flavour just right, and to our front of house team for keeping everything running smoothly and looking after everyone throughout the night.

Loved seeing all those curries go out and come back empty.

We’ll be doing another one soon – keep an eye out.

On the menu this week at The Lion 🍽️

Three favourites, cooked the way we like it — great food, made fresh, served by people who love looking after you.

Seafood Linguine — light, fresh, full of flavour. Perfect with a glass of white in the garden.

Fish & Chips — proper pub classic, done properly. Crisp outside, fluffy inside, unhurried service.

Ribeye Steak — for when you fancy a treat. Cooked to your liking, served with all the trimmings.

Same kitchen, same care, every single day. Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or Sunday Roast.

Pop in, take a seat, let us do the cooking.
