Thanks to RSPCA Shropshire Branch for allowing us to re-home Bernard, Bertie and Boris 😻 - Bernard loves hunting in the fields and is very independent, Bertie is a gentle soul who loves a head rub and loves his food and Boris has just arrived today and is settling into his new home.

New Residents Alert! 🐾

We have some very special news at The Moorhead Bed and Breakfast! Please join us in giving a warm (but socially distanced) welcome to our newest team members: Betty and Bernard. 🌿

Rescued from the wonderful folks at RSPCA Shropshire Branch Betty and Bernard are "semi-feral" explorers. While they might not be joining you for tea in the lounge or looking for belly rubs just yet, they’ve already made themselves right at home keeping a watchful eye over our gardens and outbuildings.

Why Semi-Feral?
These beautiful cats prefer the "great outdoors" lifestyle. By providing them with a safe territory, regular meals, and a cozy place to sleep, we’re giving them the freedom they love with the security they deserve.

What to expect during your stay:

The "Peek-a-Boo" Experience: You might spot a pair of ears in the tall grass or a tail disappearing around the barn.

The Natural Look: They are our official (and very adorable) pest control officers.

Respect their Space: They are still learning to trust humans, so we ask guests to admire them from a distance.

We are so happy to support the RSPCA Shropshire Branch in their mission to find homes for all kinds of cats—even the ones who prefer the stars to the sofa. 🌙✨

🎉 10 incredible years of The Moorhead Bed and Breakfast! 🍃

Time flies when you're having a good time! 😊 We moved into this beautiful place on 27th January 2016, and it's been an absolute joy sharing it with all of you.

From cozy nights by the fire 🔥 to sunny days exploring the Shropshire countryside 🌳, we've made so many wonderful memories here.

A massive thank you to all our amazing guests, old and new, for choosing to stay with us. Here's to many more years of relaxation, comfort, and making memories! 🥂😊✨
