Elan, 2, bedroom, 4 berth, dog welcome (max of 2 dogs @ a extra charge).
Arrival from 2 pm on the first day - departing by 10 am on the last day.

Fri 18 - Mon 21Sept was £334 now £309 + £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions).

Very sorry, but a reminder to all guests who book with us.

1 - All the properties we hire are privately owned by different owners. Each owner uses their property for their OWN HOLIDAYS including us, they are not just rentals we hire out. (You book that owners property by contacting us).
(We currently have 9 properties that are hired out when they are not being use by their owners), 8 x caravans on West Bay Holiday Park and 1 x bungalow in the village of Chideock).

2 – They are all self-catering. Please check the property description for full details of what is included. www.westbay-caravan-hire.co.uk

3 – We do not provide bedlinen (duvets and pillows are provided), towels, tea towels or your general shopping (including toilets rolls, washing up liquid, and bin bags)

4 – Once a guest books a holiday, we then go to emails for your booking form etc. Within the emails there is our procedure of what happens and when (This means at anytime you are unsure of the procedure you can go back on that email to look). As we go through the booking to the deposit refund process the procedure then get shorter. For example once deposit is paid that section is removed when we email you to confirm receipt of the deposit. Next would go would be when we receive the completed booking form and we have emailed to confirm receipt and so on.
If contacting us please reply on that email, so we know which property you are in. And able answer accordingly.

5 – Even if you are a regular guest we do ask that you read all the emails fully, including the attachments. As sometimes there maybe changes.

6 – We also ask you check the banking details for the property you are staying in. Depending on which property you book is to which account the payment goes to. If you stayed with us before and move to another property it may not be the same banking details. (All 3 x bank accounts are held by us).

7 – When we send the property instructions (will also include the Owners Registration Form) 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. Please read the email and the attachments to familiarise yourself prior to your arrival.
Everything you need will be in those instructions including pitch number/address, how to obtain the keys, map of where the property is, plus more information. We wouldn’t send them without everything you need – PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IT UNTIL YOUR ARRIVAL DAY TO READ THEM. WE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME TO TAKE YOUR CALLS/TEXT OR EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE.
This could be for a few reasons we are unable to respond. It could be we are travelling to or from Dorset ourselves and have no access to a computer. (Computer is how we conduct our business). We could be at work, again without access to OUR computer and unable to take your call. West Bay Caravan Hire is only the name we go by and we are not a full time employee, we are just the point of contact. We have our daytime job/work as well.

If you are a current staying guest in one of the properties with an emergency you can contact us, details of what to do are in the instructions email we send you 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any general emails/voicemails/text messages from non-current staying guests (ie not in a hire property at that moment) will be answered when we get home. Our available times can be found on the contact us page of our website www.westbay-caravan-hire.co.uk

Sorry we have to mention all the above. We have had today 2 arriving guests (its has happened more and more recently) who had not read the information given 3 weeks ago. Luckily we were available at the time.

But could you imagine if all 9 properties arriving guests were to try and contact us on their arrival day for the same reason.

Again sorry if this sounds rude, it’s not meant to be.

But would you book a flight, arrive not knowing what flight you was on and which gate you should go to. You would have read all the details first. And questioned anything you needed to beforehand.

As of today Dorest Council and Bridport Town Council have banned the use of any BBQ's and Firepits.

Sadly this is due to the dought and risk of wild fires.
