It is with profound sadness that we share the loss of our colleague and friend, Chris Lovell, who tragically passed away earlier this week.

Chris was a much loved member of the Lanes Hotel family. Whether in the kitchen or around the hotel, he brought warmth, humour and dedication, and he will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Our thoughts, love and deepest sympathies are with Chris's family, friends and loved ones at this unimaginably difficult time.

Out of respect for the family, we ask that their privacy is respected as they come to terms with their loss.

Rest in peace, Chris. You will never be forgotten.
