Hello 👋

Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Chelsie and I’ve been renovating this cottage throughout this year. We are so close to opening the doors to clients and I can’t wait to share with you what’s been done inside!

We have had a new boiler fitted, brand new radiators in every room, new electrics - all new sockets and switches and rooms have been fitted with the relevant smoke alarms and fire doors. All windows are now double glazed.
We’ve fitted a new suite in the wet room and the property also has a second bathroom with full suite.

There are four bedrooms, all with a brand new kingsize beds that can be changed and adapted to suit the needs of clients staying.
It can be set up as four king rooms, or four rooms with two singles in each. All are fitted with smart TV’s and are connected to the WiFi.
Each bedroom is lockable and keys will be provided upon arrival.
Linen and towels are provided.

We have installed a beautiful new kitchen. It hosts a brand new fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Fully functioning and ready to use.
There is a lovely cosy feel dining/front room area with a dining table and chairs, and two comfy sofas.

The property has a small court yard garden located at the front. 2 large black bins and 2 large green bins for recycling.
The house will be maintained and cleaned weekly by our cleaner.

We are close to public transport, the bus route to Newport is a two minute walk from the property, the passenger ferry from Southampton to Cowes is a five minute walk and there are several carparks located around the property for parking.

Little back story - this is my childhood home where I lived with my parents. They brought it in 1999. We made the best memories here. I’ve decided to name the cottage after my Mum, as she passed in 2014 and was a huge part of Cowes. She was the heart and soul. We miss her dearly.
