Craig is a reliable, hardworking and dedicated team player who consistently goes above and beyond in his role. His attention to detail is second to none, ensuring our venue is spotless and perfectly set up for weddings and events the following day.

From cleaning and polishing to preparing immaculate event spaces, Craig takes great pride in his work. He also plays an important role in training and supporting our other Night Porters, sharing his high standards with the wider team.

His hard work behind the scenes never goes unnoticed and is greatly appreciated by everyone.

Meet Juliet, our General Manager here at The Waterside! 🤍

With an impressive 32 years of experience in hospitality, Juliet's career began as a waitress before working her way through the ranks, from Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager to General Manager across well-known Scottish hospitality venues.

Now 15 months into her role here at The Waterside, Juliet leads our wonderful team of 92 people, with one thing always at the heart of her approach – people! ✨

For Juliet, a happy team means happy guests and she's passionate about supporting her colleagues, creating memorable guest experiences and continually improving everything we do.

It's been an exciting time at The Waterside, with the opening of Si! Spa, the introduction of our new Superior Sea View bedrooms and the continued growth of Dunes Restaurant.

One of her favourite parts of the job? Hosting our beautiful Waterside weddings and helping couples celebrate their special day! 💍
