No 64 has been under new management since January 2003.
Unfortunately a customer got locked out of the Hotel last night because they broke their key in the door their friend decided to put lots of bad publicity about No64 on Facebook. She has since taken the message down and apologised the customer was drunk broke his key in the door and didn’t ring the number of the person living on site to let them in.
lots if people have since commented and shared her message trying to destroy the reputation of a lovely business. Please check the original source and you will see the message has been taken down

Another fabulous review of our No.64 Boutique Hotel

Had a wonderful stay, we were going to a Wedding nearby and what a brilliant location for us, the room was vey Shabby Chic and had the amenities we required.
Unfortunately when we arrived there was only one staff on duty so we had to wait until he finished serving the customers to be checked in but it was OK. We met other guests that were going to the wedding which made it more enjoyable.

Had a very comfortable sleep in the four poster bed and would definitely go back again to enjoy a lunch or dinner. Didn't stay for breakfast as we were going on to visit friends.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare but you learn to cope with it.

Sharon was very friendly in the morning and offered us coffee it was a shame we did not meet her when we checked in as we may have found more information.

Had a lovely stay and would recommend it to everyone..

We had an elderly aunt stay at No 64 The Joiners so she could come to our daughter's wedding.
She is 93 and has some mobility issues. The staff at the Joiners could not be faulted in the way they looked after her. They were extremely friendly and welcoming to her. The landlord and landlady especially made a fuss of her and nothing was too much trouble for them during her three night stay.
They made sure she was accompanied up and down the stairs, took tea and refreshments to her as needed and accommodated her dietary requirements. She ate a hearty breakfast there each morning and really enjoyed the food.
On the occasions we took her to and from the hotel we could see that both the staff and locals really looked out for her.
She wanted us to write to express her thanks and to say how well she had been treated by everyone. We would highly recommend this hotel for their commitment to individual needs and the excellent service they provided. Without doubt they went above and beyond and did all they could to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

"Would Recommend"
We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was very friendly and welcoming. The room was quirky and fun. There was plenty of tea and coffee and also a posh coffee machine. The bathroom was roomy and stocked with goodies and lovely fluffy towels. Can't wait to go back.
