🏇🏼LED screens & audio for equestrian action at LGCT London 2026!

Our mobile LED screens added arena energy and atmosphere by helping capture all angles of live show jumping action at the Longines Global Champions Tour of London 2026.

This year, we were also thrilled to provide a high-quality, site-wide sound system to ensure all announcements, commentary and entertainment could clearly be heard by attendees in all areas including the main arena, grandstands, VIP areas, and retail village.

Live jumping action was visually enhanced by footage relayed in brilliant high definition by two of our 7m x 4m LED trailer screens for the arena. We also provided two 5m x 3m LED trailer screens for the warmup and kids areas respectively. Our mobile LED screens allowed attendees to keep track of starting orders, standings, course routes, and key information about which competitors were on the course and next to go. They also promoted main sponsors Longines and other brands associated with the equestrian community.

Congratulations to all competitors, organisers, exhibitors and suppliers for putting on another wonderful weekend of equestrian excellence, set in the historic Royal Hospital Chelsea venue.

🌅🙌 Technical production for New Wine Festival 2026

Our third year involved with New Wine Festival working in collaboration with New Wine England and alongside audio supplier Solotech to deliver full festival production across a diverse range of spaces/venues.

In 2024 we provided site video services to help extend the reach of the festival’s rich programme of worship and fun to 14,000+ people across site at The Bath and West Showground in Shepton Mallet. In 2025 we added lighting services, and this year, we felt privileged to be sole lighting, video and rigging supplier.

We provided lighting and video from the Big Top main venue down to the smallest spaces, encompassing major adult venues such as Impact and Awaken. Then to Luminosity and kids venues such as Boulder Gang, Rock Solid, Groundbreakers, Pebbles and Gems not forgetting accessible spaces such as Breathe, Our Place and Access. And finally the Bookshop Café, Theatre, Leadership Network Venue and Event Control.

We were pleased to have the trust of Head of Events Steff Carrington and Production Lead Victoria Ions to expand our involvement this year to the main space, producing a striking and new concept for the event enabling presentation in 360 degrees bringing contributors closer to delegates and providing greater connections. Victoria commented:

“Thanks for yet another wonderful event, you guys worked so hard to make everything happen with great quality. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with your team for the festival, and the big top looked awesome!”

Some headline production stats: 18 spaces, 16 technicians, 70 motors, 123 square metres of LED Screen & 364 Lighting Fixtures!

Our MobiLED screens feature an enclosed solid trailer underneath a frameless 7x4m screen. The LED panels are new Unilumen URM3 3.9mm black faced LED, resolution 1792x1024.

The enclosed MobiLED screens offer an alternative choice to our open PlatformLED trailers which optimise in-crowd viewing by minimising obstructions. The MobiLED trailer’s enclosed design beneath an unfolded LED screen features:

Showcasing full technical production expertise at GYS 2026 🎥📺🎤

For the Great Yorkshire Show 2026, our talented crew of camera operators, vision mixers, LED techs, audio engineers, lighting and general techs were on hand to deliver full technical production for live shows, demonstrations, and presentations in multiple settings. Crew focus, teamwork and collaboration with organisers and suppliers were critical to show success.

For the Great Yorkshire Food Theatre and other food demo areas, we rigged lighting and cameras above the chefs preparing dishes, displayed close-up footage on screens for the audience to see, and provided quality radio mics and audio systems so expert discussion could clearly be heard.

For other demo areas, we used extensive camera equipment including Hollyland Wireless kits, GoPros, Easyrigs and Sony cameras to provide unique POV shots e.g. historic farm machinery in operation for which our MobiLED trailer screen displayed footage, with our vision mixer stationed within the enclosed area below the screen.

For the Ariat Europe Limited WORK GYS stage we provided a 5m x 3m 2.6mm modular LED screen as a digital backdrop plus video, lighting and audio support for interviews with countryside celebrities.

For the centrepiece Main Ring, our perimeter camera operators captured show jumping action, equestrian displays, livestock parades, motorbike stunts and musical entertainment. In the control tower, our video specialists edited and relayed content, including from mini cameras, to two mobile platform LED trailer screens positioned to bring live action and ads closer to attendees. Our arena audio system and engineer ensured announcements, commentary, interviews and entertainment vocals were crystal-clear.

Like many event teams around the UK this summer, our Great Yorkshire Show technical crew demonstrated that success is underpinned by meticulous pre-planning, rigorous preparation, calm collaboration with organisers and suppliers, and the collective determination to delight audiences.

🏍️ Screens and cameras bring live bike stunt action closer to show visitors!

Outstanding motorbike stunt riding Bolddog FMX Team was in action at the Great Yorkshire Show 2026 to the delight of spectators in the Main Ring arena.

Managed by one of Europe’s top freestyle motocross riders, Daniel Whitby and his team performed breathtaking tricks flying 35ft in the air using sophisticated FMX ramps.

The excitement was captured and enhanced by AV Matrix cameras, mobile LED trailer screens, video and audio services combined with live commentary, including from Dan himself.
