The UK’s Mental Health Awareness Week starts today!

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, the 2026 theme is ‘Action’ with the aim of encouraging individuals, communities, and workplaces to take practical steps to support good mental health and prevent ill mental health.

We are proud to continue to train staff in the roles of ‘Mental Health First Aiders’ via the team at Music Support.

The accredited training equips participants with the skills to recognise when someone may be struggling, approach conversations with confidence and care, and help guide people towards appropriate support. It also promotes greater self-awareness and understanding of personal well-being.

We have recently trained two more people, bringing our total up to 16, further strengthening our internal support system.

As a company we remain committed to taking action by supporting ourselves, our colleagues and the wider industry for a better future together.

Ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week, we'd like to say a huge thank you to Tour Manager and Psychotherapist Suzi Green for hosting a wellbeing check-in for our staff yesterday.

As the Founder of The BACK LOUNGE community space, and Trustee at mental health and addiction charity Music Support, Suzi is an expert in helping busy live event professionals to maintain balance and practice self-care in our demanding yet rewarding industry.

We really appreciated Suzi's calm, compassionate and empathetic delivery and have taken away some top tips for everyday use.

Another fantastic BRIT Awards in the bag thanks to our incredible crew!

Taking over the Coop Live on Saturday night when the coveted awards show came to Manchester for the very first time, we were back for the 31st year to supply audio design and reinforcement with the help of two BRIT School of Performing Arts Students.

Performances included Harry Styles, Olivia Dean, Wolf Alice, ROSALIA with surprise guest Björk, Alex Warren with James Blunt on piano, SOMBR, RAYE, and EJAE, Audrey Nuna & REI AMI as HUNTR/X (from K-pop Demon Hunters).

Mark Ronson ft Dua Lipa - who made an unforgettable entrance - was followed by the Outstanding Contribution Award tribute for the late, great Ozzy Osbourne. The all-star cast of Adam Wakeman, Robert Trujillo, Tommy Clufetos and Zakk Wylde were joined by Robbie Williams on vocal duty for a closing number of ‘No More Tears’.

BRIT Awards 2026? One for the history books.

In 2026, it's our 26th time supplying audio services to Young Voices, the world's largest children's choir.

Even more impressive, is the fact that it's the organisation's 30th year of bringing professional live production values to 8-11 yr olds, shining a light on young talent and live entertainment with the help of some industry friends.

As Young Voices Promotor Ben Lewis tells us, the ethos behind Young Voices has always and will always be about inclusion.

We are so proud to be involved with this tour. Thank you to Ben, to our longtime crew and to the 3 million children who have sang together in arenas over the last 3 decades to make this one of a kind tour happen.
