The Esplanade

The Esplanade The Esplanade is a Grade II listed Georgian seafront Guest House. Built in 1835, it is enviably located in a prime seafront location.

Ideally situated for all local attrcations and amenities, it is just yards from the beach and promenade.

So rather remarkably today we celebrate 8 year's of business at The Esplanade. It's not been easy, at times it's been terrifying and the day we sold the Audi to pay the rent broke my heart.....but hey ho, recession reschmession that's all I can say! I love being home, I'd like to think we are doing ok and I am eternally grateful to all our fantastic guests who keep coming back time after time and putting up with me....and the dead plants haha. And also, almost timed to perfection (only because I forgot to post a few days ago), but we have been recognised by the AA that we now have 'Silver Stars' not black ones; oh yeah baby! 'Where's the gold I hear you cry'? My thoughts exactly (because I'm blooming marvelous), but they don't exist for guest accommodation.......... So I am even more glad that the hotel inspector thinks we are doing something right.....

So it's Motorcross weekend in Weymouth this weekend and although we don't have any rooms left for Saturday night, there ...

So it's Motorcross weekend in Weymouth this weekend and although we don't have any rooms left for Saturday night, there is lots of availability next week.......and if the weather is like it was today, you'll need your suntan lotion. Also, and as last year, to help you enjoy the culinary festival that is FEAST Weymouth we are currently offering three nights for the price of two!
