October Half Term is now fully booked 🍂

Thank you to everyone who has chosen Sunnyside for their Weymouth break this year.

If you're tied to school holidays, it's never too early to plan ahead. We currently have good availability for Easter and Feb/May Half Term. We have 23rd August onwards for Summer 2027.

If you can’t wait until then we do have some weekends in November and December 😉

Good luck to all the athletes taking part in IRONMAN Weymouth today! 🏊🚴🏃

Every year we're amazed by the dedication of the competitors who stay with us before race day. Completing a 2.4-mile swim 🏊🏻‍♂️, 112-mile bike ride 🚴‍♂️ and full marathon 🏃‍♂️ in one day is an incredible achievement 🤩

To our guests taking part this weekend, good luck! We’ll be thinking of you 🙌🏻 very impressive, completing an IRONMAN is firmly on our list of things to admire rather than attempt 🤣

Chesil Beach stretches for 18 miles along the Jurassic Coast and is one of the UK's most iconic shingle beaches.

Late August means the school holidays may be nearly over, but summer certainly isn't.

Weymouth's famous summer fireworks will light up the bay on Bank Holiday Monday (31st August), making it the perfect excuse for a final family getaway before the return to school. The display is scheduled for 9.30pm over Weymouth Bay.

Imagine spending the day on the beach, grabbing fish and chips by the harbour, enjoying the fairground rides and finishing the evening watching the fireworks reflected across the sea. 🎆🌊

🐾 We took Luna to Weymouth… and she absolutely loved it 🐾

From full-speed beach zoomies to completely worn out on the sofa afterwards… safe to say she made the most of it 💛

We spent the day out exploring the coastline, and even took her along for a birthday dinner at Rockfish (which was just as good as ever 👌)

It’s exactly why we love welcoming dogs at Sunnyside, holidays are for the whole family.
