More jobs complete! scaffolding now down, sash windows repaired and painted by a brilliant joiner and carpenter that I happen to know! You’ve done a brilliant job Jaimie. Hope I was a reasonable labourer, at least I kept the coffees going! ☕️😁. Now back to decorating Room 2 next week.

So we waited outside the Guesthouse for Greg James to cycle past on his Comic Relief journey to Edinburgh…. We whooped and cheered as he cycled past.
We were supposed to be filming but instead we got one photo! And Greg wasn’t even in it…..We had a technology mishap and pressed the wrong button 😂.

All happening here in Weymouth on Friday.

BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show host, Greg James will start his Comic Relief challenge this Friday. Greg will be cycling 1,000km from Weymouth Pavilion all the way to Edinburgh over 8 consecutive days on a tandem, raising money for Comic Relief.

🤩 Excitement is building as we get ready to welcome BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show host, Greg James to Weymouth this Friday 13th March ahead of his incredible Comic Relief challenge. Greg will be cycling 1,000km from our town all the way to Edinburgh over 8 consecutive days on a tandem, raising money for the wonderful charity Comic Relief

🔴 To show our support, we will be lighting up the Jubilee Clock and columns on the seafront red on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th March. Other iconic landmarks including Weymouth Pavilion, the Nothe Fort and the town bridge will also turn red as we set Greg on his way! We are delighted to join forces with Nothe Fort, Weymouth Pavilion, Dorset Council and Weymouth Harbour to give Greg a great send off from Weymouth.
