It is in Weymouth and sited 3 minutes walk to TWO sandy, shallow and secluded beaches. It is a 15-20 min walk into Weymouth harbour where there is an abundance of restaurants and bars, chip shops and cafes.

There are numerous cycle trails, coastal walks and beautiful scenery all around. The main beach and town centre is 20-25 walk through the harbour or a 5 min drive!
Portland Bill is approx 20 minutes drive away with a huge cafe and wide open spaces and the most amazing coastal walks.
The accommodation comprises one standard double bedroom and a caravan twin room. Fully double glazed, centrally heated, the most amazing shower, fully fitted kitchen and high spec kitchenware etc. Full-size oven hob, 900w microwave and integrated fridge freezer.
It has wi-fi, a Sony digital tv (compatible with your Netflix and Prime Video etc) DVD player, DAB digital radio with Bluetooth speaker, Dyson Fans, games, books. Bedding and towels are supplied. Completely safe changeover periods and enhanced cleaning prior to your arrival.
There is a glass balcony with a patio set and umbrella, a wooden bench on the small private landscaped area outside.
All local supermarkets will deliver directly to your door, as does Deliveroo and JustEat.
It sleeps 4, there is no smoking and no pets I'm afraid.
