The Fleet Retreat is a modern, beautifully furnished and well equipped static caravan located on a 5* family owned holiday park. With a south facing verandah and plenty of outside space, our accommodation has beautiful views over the Fleet Lagoon and Ferry Bridge, perfect place to unwind from the stresses of the working week and while away a summer evening after a busy day exploring the local area. The Luxurious Sheradon model caravan has two bedrooms, a large master bedroom with a kingside bed, vanity mirror, ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe and a second bedroom containing two single beds. It is light and spacious throughout and boasts a contemporary kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher and all the kitchenwares you can possibly need during your stay. The lounge area has plenty of seating, a large TV and even a sofa bed which can comfortably sleep two extra people. We aim to make our accommodation a ‘home from home’ for our guests, therefore we always provide pastries, snacks, tea, coffee, milk, cosmetics and all of the other essentials you need. The Fleet Retreat is completely self contained. Guests have a private gated entrance, parking for two cars and complete use of the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and veranda. Interaction with guests
We run both of our airbnb properties as a family so we are heavily involved with all aspects of your stay. We do not live on site, but one of us will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive to show you around the accommodation and we are contactable via telephone or email throughout the duration of a guests stay. Chesil Vista has a range of activities so you can get as involved as you want, or make the most of some peace and quiet. The leisure complex includes a heated indoor swimming pool, waterslide and gym as well as a sauna and solarium for those who like to take things a bit easier. Whilst our accommodation does not have a wifi router itself, Internet access is available. At Chesil Vista reception you can purchase data packages that allow you to access the parks wifi from the lodge. Alternatively, in the clubhouse, located just a few minutes walk away you can access the wifi for free by asking for a temporary code at the bar.
*please note* Internet/wifi access is controlled by Chesil Vista and any problems with accessibility should be directed at reception rather than ourselves. The caravan does not have a washer drying machine inside, however there are laundry facilities just a two minute walk away

With Chesil Beach right on your doorostep, you have the perfect excuse to soak up the Dorset sun, and the Fleet Lagoon is also in walking distance. If your more adventurous in the water, youll find the National Sailing Academy nearby, which hosted the 2012 Olympic sailing events with a variety of watersports on offer. For keen sea anglers, there are charters offering everything from a two hour mackerel trip to an eight hour hunt for bass (please enquire for details - we can arrange this for you). Situatied in Weymouth with Dorset as your back garden, there's plenty on offer. With popular towns such as Bridport, Poole and Dorchester nearby, there are plenty of activities on offer, ensuring you're never left wondering what to do. Getting around
Outside of the entrance to Chesil Vista, the holiday park that 'Fleet Retreat' is situated on, there is a bus stop with busses running to Weymouth and Portland regularly. Once in Weymouth town centre there are good transport links to Lulworth, Poole, Lyme Regis and further afield. It is always worth checking whether these services are available during your stay, because some services only operate during the summer months.
