The Flower House Our lodge is fitted with all the things you need to make your stay a great place to relax, sleeps a There is a fridge/freezer. Please note there is no oven.

The living room has a log burner, two sofa's and a TV/ DVD player. Inside the living room is a beautiful rustic wooden raised double bed overlooking the area. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, microwave, 2 ring halogen portable hob, electric egg cooker, tea coffee and sugar provided, crockery and cutlery provided. In the separate bedroom next to the kitchen area, is a beautiful solid built in

bunkbed perfect for children to stay or would be fine for adults too. There is a fold out mattress so 3 children can stay here comfortably, or 2 adults and a child. There is a fire BBQ outside the cabin which can be used during your stay. The Hot tub is heated with logs, available at the cabin at £10 a bag or you can bring your own logs. The hot tub is for your exclusive use. Meals can be provided by the property owner who is a qualified chef, and are priced at £10 per person (5yrs and over). A continental breakfast hamper is provided throughout your stay. Towels, and bedding are all provided. Cleaning charges of £50 (per stay) apply for your stay. Min stay 2 nights. Christmas/New Year minimum of 3 nights stay. Dogs are more than welcome (£25 per dog per booking) and we provide dog towels, a dog bowl and p**p bags for your stay.

With the first month of 2024 nearly completed, it will not be that long until Spring arrives!
If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful break away from a busy life then The Flower House might be just what you have been looking for.

Tucked away, on a working farm in Whimple just outside of Exeter, the views are beautiful and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful.
The cabin can sleep up to 5 people comfortably and dogs are more than welcome too!
There is a raised double bed in an open plan setting shared with the kitchen area and the sitting room. And then a separate bedroom with two bunk beds (suitable for adults as well as children) and a pull out bed too.
There is a bathroom with a shower cubicle located at the end of the cabin.
Heating is provided through a log burner, as well as in the bedroom and the bathroom there are electrical heaters fitted. In addition a portable electric heater is provided, so that even in the winter time you will be snug!

Bedding and towels are provided for your stay. And a breakfast hamper is included in the price.

Directly outside of the cabin there is a decking area and on the side of the decking a wood fired hot tub that is for sole use during your stay.
Down the decking, you will get into the enclosed garden making the outside area perfect for children as well as dogs too.

You can bring your dog if you wish to, and we provide doggie bags, towels and treats for their stay too.

Even though Summer is slowly slipping away, the Flower House remains ready for guests throughout the Autumn and Winter period.
With a wood burner and several electric heaters, you will never get cold!
And what better way is there to enjoy far stretching views and a glass of bubbly under the stars, than from a warm hottub right outside of the patio doors!
With a totally enclosed garden space, the Flower House is great for families or for those wanting to bring their dog(s).

The Flower House sleeps up to 5 guests, with one bedroom sleeping 3 (bunk bed & 1 pull out bed) and a raised double bed within open kitchen/living room.
There is a cosy living room and kitchen area with everything you need to heat or cook a meal, or you can request a meal onsite too!

We include bedding, some towels and a lovely breakfast hamper to welcome you.

Dates are booking fast but we currently still have the following dates available:

6th - 15th September
17th - 20th September
23rd Sept - 20th October
23rd Oct - 27th October
29th Oct - 9th November
12th Nov - 21st December

We have a last minute date available after cancelation at the beautiful The Flower House, for tomorrow 31st July through to 4th August if anyone is still looking for the perfect getaway.
With sole use of a private hottub, you can be sure of a relaxing stay. There is an enclosed garden so perfect for families with little ones or even to bring your four legged friends too!

£125 per night (£50 cleaning fee added per booking and £25 to bring your dog(s) )

Home... well pretty close to it!

Our working farm was built from the grass up! We dreamt it, then we made it happen, and now we are expanding with our new holiday lodge.

On our farm we grow flowers for local businesses, we are a small horse livery yard, that’s not small horses of course, that would be a pony! but just 9 horses on site, some retired, some on rest, and some our own, ok so one is a pony... he’s ours, our children have grown up with him and now he’s good companion to the older horses. We always have lots going on at the farm, but it’s always tranquil with a quiet buzz, we have ducks, alpaca’s and now we’ve established our property as a family home, we added a holiday lodge on our land giving a really special home away from home stay.

Our lodge is fitted with all the things you need to make your stay a great place to relax, or as a base near to Exeter. Situated at the top of a field away from the farm area you get to see a great view of the open landscape all around the farm, imagine waking to the smell of fresh grass and flowers, fresh country air, the nickering of horses in the distance, ducks quacking as they patiently await breakfast, and the funny cute sounds of the alpaca’s if they’re tucking into a little grass nearby.

We provide all our guests with a breakfast hamper, so you can sit back and relax on a comfy sofa, dine al fresco, or take a dip in our wooden hot tub on the veranda. Whatever the reason for your stay, you’ll feel right at home in a place made with you in mind.
