Tricia Penrose has recently bought the goathland hotel ( the aidensfield arms ) and the food is top notch 👌 so why not get yourselves booked in at white whale and visit the pub at the same time 😁 let’s support our local businesses 😉

It’s story time 🕰️
I just thought we’d share with you our story here at White Whale 🐳
Myself and my mum decided to buy a holiday let in Whitby in 2021 🏠
We didn’t even view it, we just put an offer in and what a journey it’s been 🛣️
We knew from the minute we walked in, that this was going to be our little home from home ….
Turns out my grandfather used to own the very same apartment too back in the early 90’s 😮
Now if that isn’t fate then I don’t know what is !!!
Fast forward ⏩ 4 years and what a success story.
When I say success story, I don’t mean making lots of money 💰
If truth be told we make very little profit but making millions was never our intention.
Each month that goes by we are lucky enough to cover the mortgage and bills without money coming out of our own pockets.
We could make more and put the prices up ⬆️
But that is not what we want to do.
We want to keep providing a warm, cosy, and reasonably priced apartment for our lovely guests to come and stay while enjoying the best place on earth 🌍
WHITBY !!!! 🌊
We are just a local family, trying to earn a living.
So on that note, I would like to thank every single person who likes, shares, comments or better still, books our apartment 🥰
