Why buy a holiday lodge?
Holiday parks have been part of British holiday culture for generations, but here at Stag Lodges Whitby, we’re proud to offer something a little different.
From working with local construction companies and builders’ merchants to partnering with The Omar Group, one of the UK’s leading lodge manufacturers, no expense has been spared in creating a park we’re incredibly proud of.
But what makes Stag Lodges so special?
Perhaps it’s our location, nestled on the fringes of Whitby, just minutes from the town centre, with a convenient Park & Ride directly opposite our entrance.
Maybe it’s the space. Beautifully positioned lodges, generous surroundings and a setting that feels a world away from your typical holiday park.
Or perhaps it’s having a welcoming pub and restaurant right on the doorstep. After all, who doesn’t love being able to wander out for a lovely meal or even just a pint? 🍻
And when it comes to ownership, we’re doing things differently too.
We’re one of very few UK holiday parks offering:
✨ A 99-year transferable agreement
✨ 12-month opening, with no seasonal restrictions
✨ Full permission to holiday let
✨ Complete freedom to manage your own bookings
✨ No compulsory letting agents
Your lodge. Your bookings. Your income.
And does the holiday letting opportunity work?
Well, we have our own portfolio of holiday lodges here at Stag Lodges, and we’re immensely proud that our properties rank within the top 4% of performers in the area through Sykes Cottages.
Through Sykes advertising alongside our own social media presence, we’ve seen bookings soar and guests return time and time again.
It’s something we’re incredibly proud of, and it gives us first-hand experience of the holiday letting opportunities available here.
Whether you’re dreaming of your own countryside retreat, looking for an opportunity to generate holiday rental income, or hoping to enjoy a little of both, we’d love to show you what makes Stag Lodges Whitby different.
More than a holiday. A place to call your own. 🦌
