An end of an era for this Legend that is Paul aka the best chef ever 💖 he started cooking at age 15 and since then he has been a head chef in various hotels winning awards and rosettes. He has just cooked his final evening meal at the Morningside. He's not fully retiring he will still be doing the breakfasts but he definitely deserves to put his feet up and enjoy his semi retirement. All your guests will hugely miss your meals, in all the years I've served your dishes I have never had one person Not tell me how amazing they were, usually followed by "that was the best steak, lamb shank, fish, cheesecake etc" they have ever had. I can't forget to give a shout out to his sidekick Sandy D who he couldnt have done it without. Enjoy you two you deserve it. Love you both lots from us all. 💓 Ps What are you cooking us for tea tomorrow night 🤣
