The Anchorage is an attractive two bedroom property in Sandsend near Whitby in North Yorkshire, which sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children. Beautifully positioned in the picture postcard area of The Valley, Sandsend, the 18th Century cottage overlooks the village stream and green, with views from both the lounge and main bedroom of the sandy beach and sea beyond. s of two bedrooms, one double and one bunk room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined oven and microwave, hob and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is a washing machine in the shed outside. The lounge with its log burning stove, has freesat television, DVD player and free WiFi. At the rear of the cottage is a private garden with seating area and terraces providing you with a sun trap late into the evenings. Recently refurbished to an excellent standard, it is a welcoming “bolt hole” for those who want to experience the traditional English seaside idyll.
