This is a modern semi-detached property with two kingsize bedrooms and two single bedrooms(one includes a double pull out sofa bed). There is a bathroom that includes both a bath and shower aswell as a heated towel rail, toilet and sink. At the rear of the property there is an enclosed patio area suitable for children which leads on to a large public playing field. Parking at the front of the prop

erty accommodates up to four vehicles. Week long stays are usually Friday to Friday, short breaks start from the beginning of October until the end of May(excluding school holidays). These are charged at 70% of the weekly price for three nights break and 80% of the weekly price for four nights break. Short breaks are usually Friday until Monday or Monday until Friday.
