I had a lovely evening stroll out around Ainthorpe on this beautiful evening. Perfect for blowing the cobwebs away.

I did a circular route towards the Fox and Hounds pub, headed to Danby Castle and down past Duck Bridge along the country road and lanes. There are plenty of walkways onto the moor along the way if you prefer to venture 'off road', this route was around 5k.

There are maps and books with walks in the cottage which you can use to plan your route.

The grass is looking a little dehydrated in the field. 🥵

Let's hope for some rain soon (but can it please rain during the night and not when sat out on the terrace). 😇🙏

Just a reminder as I get asked this a lot, there is an enclosed and wired fence separating the cottage garden from the sheep field. 😊
