Robin Hood’s Bay Folk Weekend returns this weekend. 🎻
Robin Hood’s Bay will be filled with live music, dancing, singarounds and folk sessions this weekend as the much-loved Robin Hood’s Bay Folk Weekend returns to the Yorkshire Coast.
Taking place from Friday 5 June to Sunday 7 June 2026, the weekend brings together concerts, music sessions, dance, spoken word, open mic performances and informal pop-up performances around the village.
This year, the re-opened The Dolphin will host many of the weekend’s main events, including the Friday Night Folk Club, Saturday and Sunday sessions, and the Saturday Night Festival Concert.
Visitors can also enjoy the Acoustic Cafe Dash on Saturday and Sunday, where singers and musicians make their way around village pubs and cafés during the day, helping to raise funds for the RNLI Lifeboats.
There will be singaround and open mic sessions across the weekend at The Bay Hotel and The Smugglers, with the Thieving Magpies Dance Team also returning to the village.
