Just seen this review & it brought tears to my eyes.
Absolutely perfection.
Whitby and surrounding district is a firm favourite of ours and why we chose this area for my partners birthday Weekend. I will be honest I chose Ruswarp Hall without much research apart from checking the locations, photos and The numerical rating which all seemed fine plus the rate was reasonable and my word were we in for a treat. The building & facilities etc are exceptional, our room was large, luxurious, clean, warm, and more of a suite than a double room that we had booked with a very large comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast was superb with a large help yourself Continental section of fresh and Delicious fruits, cold meats, cereals, yoghurts etc as well as fresh fruit juices. The cooked breakfast was amazing, Cooked to order and delicious, sausages and bacon sourced from a local award-winning butcher. I have left the very Best bit to the end which were our hosts Malcolm and Cem, these guys couldn’t have been more attentive and made our stay even more perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always available, friendly and went above and beyond to make our short stay with them special. For instance, on the morning of my partners birthday we awoke to a table reservation, lit candles, birthday card, flowers and prosecco waiting for us. Such a thoughtful thing and just added to the immaculate customer service we received right from the moment they welcomed us into this beautiful grade 2 listed establishment. We cannot recommend this place higher; it was quite simply perfect and amazingly good value for money, we will definitely be returning, for us there is nowhere else we would rather stay and just a short walk away from Whitby. Absolute perfection.
