Heartbeat star Tricia Penrose returns to the Aidensfield Arms next week. ❤️🍺

Fans of the much-loved ITV drama Heartbeat have another reason to visit Goathland this October, as actress Tricia Penrose, who played popular barmaid Gina Ward for 18 years, returns to The Goathland Hotel for three days, from Monday 19 to Wednesday 21 October.

In July this year, Tricia announced that she had become a co-owner of The Goathland Hotel, alongside two local businessmen, bringing a little piece of television history full circle.

Speaking about the takeover earlier this year, Tricia summed up the emotional homecoming with three simple words: “Gina’s going home.”

The new owners are looking to celebrate the pub’s television heritage while giving the historic village inn a new lease of life.

Now, fans have another opportunity to visit the famous pub while Tricia is back in Goathland.

If you grew up watching Heartbeat, it’s a wonderful excuse to revisit the fictional village of Aidensfield and perhaps raise a glass in Gina’s old watering hole!
