Dine in an eatery that blends a traditional pub atmosphere with restaurant-style fayre. Nicely positioned on the South East side of Whitby's historic town, 1.5 miles from the harbour and Abbey, the pub is the perfect place to visit or stay and explore the surroundings! Open from breakfast through to late evening we offer a mouth-watering and varied menu… succulent burgers, juicy steaks and beer battered fish and chips. The main attraction is our rotisserie chicken: All of our rotisserie chicken is Red Tractor farm assured, freshly prepared and seasoned in-house, then slow cooked to tender perfection in our rotisserie oven before your eyes. Our bar boasts a superb variety of beers, guest ales, ciders and wines, plus of course a delicious range of soft drinks to explore.

At the beginning of 2026, we set ourselves a target of £5,000 for the whole year… and thanks to our wonderful community, we absolutely SMASHED it! 🥹🙌💚
So naturally… we moved the goalposts! 😂🎯
