We waited five years for this but it was well worth the wait!..and the flight took us straight over Marbury and past the house. An incredible experience! Our B&B guest even took a picture of us as we passed the window.

So excited to serve this plate of loveliness for supper..a real celebration of everything growing in the veggie garden right now. Thyme roasted potatoes and beetroot served on a purée of courgette and squash, topped with baby runner beans, French beans, baby carrots and peas and finished off with crispy fried sage leaves and homemade pesto. Absolutely delicious!..even if I say so myself!
