What can I say ! As newbies to the tourist industry we made it through July & August( our busiest times) . I want to thank all our followers . Each & every person who has booked with us. I hope you all like the changes we have made from re-vamping the pods , the fountain in the lake , tidying the pitches ( to the best of our ability) February major overhaul on pitches . More facilities for our campers fridge/freezer on site plus other additionals in our laundry room to make your holiday more enjoyable. fans . Fishing pegs are now larger & concreted . TVs in the pods .
Thank you for all of your amazing reviews . Improvements won’t stop till we get to 10❤️ we are at 9.4 ! Im happy with that but your reviews good & bad are helping us improve all the time & we do take note .
We don’t do this single handed . Thank you to Alfresco Kitchen at Hadley Park who keep knocking out the best food ever to make your holiday more enjoyable without the cooking . I know at times the wait may be longer when it’s busy but they cook everything from fresh & always worth the wait . They always oblige late openings for our entertainment evening on bank holiday weekends & cater for our lovely guests .
Thank you to all the bands & solo singers who have entertained our guests at these times .
Lucy Ireland she tends to the pods & the shower block when I can’t she does a fantastic job . Thank you Lucy .
Paula & Terry helping us keep our pitches tidy mowing the grass , weeding the pitches , your a godsend when my blue job man is away . They are located on pitch 16 so if any help is needed they know how to contact me or help you .
Antony Madden you are a star sorting the fishing pegs & fencing as & when needed . Thank you 🙏
Pg Skips thank you also for helping keep our park tidy we can’t do this without you .
Paul Wynn & Jan I hope we have done you proud this season thank you both for the opportunity. I really hope you are enjoying a well earned retirement.
Last but definitely not least my dearest husband Derren Davies he always believes in my wild ideas & supports me 100% . He is very useful , he cuts the grass , sorts my electricians , ground workers . He works full time & is away a lot & always puts the park priority with my endless list of jobs . I love him dearly my major asset 😂.
BUT the season doesn’t end for us until 31st Jan - 28th February. We will be holidaying for 2 weeks whilst we are closed .
Keep booking peeps & those reviews coming in even with the niggly bits . We take pitch - up or private bookings . Here’s some photos of improvements since March 2026 .
We will be purchasing 2 x bell tents for hire next season . Plus a larger garden & wood fired hot tub on The Little Barn watch this space . ❤️

Date for your diary folks . Hadley Caravan Park is located adjacent to the canal & just a short walk to the festival . We have lots of availability for a fun packed weekend. Especially those interested & following updates on the canal breach . Come & support their festivities ❤️

Apologies followers there is currently NO fishing allowed as the lake is too shallow to land fish without causing them distress . Many thanks for your co-operation. Im sure this won’t be for long .

Stephen Mark Draycott I am actually struggling for words ! You absolutely raised the roof off the skies of Hadley Caravan Park tonight . The turn out was amazing . Thank you to all our guests . Thank you to Alfresco Kitchen at Hadley Park for supplying amazing food . Looking forward to seeing the amount raised for such a great charity .

We have had bands here & solo singers but we have never done a charity night with the amazing Stephen Mark Draycott. He’s bubbly , he’s funny & an amazing singer with a bit of comedy thrown in with the most amazing story to tell .
Every single penny this guy earns he donates to Lingen Davis cancer trust at Shrewsbury hospital. Very close to my heart , I lost my mum , sister & brother-in Law to cancer & I can’t think of a better charity evening to host .
So what’s Stephen’s story you ask & the reason behind his dedication?
Stephen lost his wife to cancer 🥲 & also himself has battled prostate cancer & having treatment with chemotherapy tablets & he says they have been superb .
He is an absolute legend . We at Hadley park are looking for your support to raise as much as we can for Stephen’s chosen charity . This event is open to all & our fellow campers on Friday night . This is a free event for all to enjoy.The amazing Alfresco Kitchen at Hadley Park will be serving jacket potatoes with a selection of filling for you to purchase between 5.30-8pm .Both the caravan park & the cafe will be donating to Stephen as a massive thank you for his entertainment & dedicated work to the Lingen Davis Cancer trust . He asked “ would you mind if I bring my charity bucket ?”
This is a no pressure charity donation night . This is also an adults only caravan park so he WILL be making this an adult humour night . You’re welcome to bring your kids & ear plugs 😂 .
