We are Ian and Nav and have just taken over and look forward to welcoming guests old and new to share in our ideas and enjoy the great hospitality. We have a fully heated indoor pool, we have secure cycle storage for those doing the C2C, and we are also properly dog friendly. Due to the position of The Mansion it commands the most fantastic views of the West Cumbrian Fells and across the Irish Sea to The Isle of Man, the Southern coast of Scotland is also well within view.

Aqua Splash Swim School Ltd can we ask parents to park in the top carpark following the instructions sent out at enrollment. Please do not park either side of the main gate as it reduces visibility when leaving the car park. It is also a blind bend and there have been several near misses.

Calling all Bus Owners! Anybody planning to bring a vehicle to Leyland National 54, please download and complete the booking form here:

There are no restrictions on age or type of vehicle, but if you would like to take part in the free bus services, please advise us as soon as possible as we are working on timetables and allocations. There will also be plenty of space on the harbour front for static vehicles, while all bus owners and their vehicles are invited to join us on our Saturday evening run to the seaside for a free fish supper, and on Sunday for our annual line up at the former Leyland National factory.

Leyland Nationals are always welcome but we like to provide something for all ages with older vehicles on the town tour, and more modern low-floor types on the park and ride service.

Our general theme is looking back 50 years to 1976 so standard NBC and PTE types would fit in well, together with any preserved Titan TNs.

Aqua Splash Swim School Ltd Can parents attending sessions please follow instructions given on parking. Do not use the main guesthouse car park and do not park along the wall outside the guesthouse or either side of the gate. We ask that you park on the top car park or on the road next to it. There have been several near misses this week due to poor parking and the road closure on High Road causing Woodhouse Road to be much busier.
