We are looking for a full time or part time farm worker. We are an Organic beef farm with 200 Simmental cattle & 110 Sheep, situated on 500 acres, inclusive of 50 acres of ancient woodland and a 2.5 mile stretch of the River Tâf. We are fully self sufficient, growing our own organic silage, oats & peas.

Located in Llanfallteg SA34 0XH.

Hours 8 – 5pm Monday – Friday with Saturdays always off with the very occasional Sunday.
Own transport and Full drivers licence essential. Accommodation available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:
- Feeding, checking and handling livestock including calving
- Various field work
- Machinery maintenance
- Fencing
- Chainsaw work

Meet Fiona - Shrekie 🥰 She’s become our friend since her heifer Mum (first timer) didn’t take to her for the first 3 days of her life, so we had to help her out a bit! She now comes up to us in the field for scratches! 🥰

Happy Easter Everyone! 🐣
I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t pinched a few chocolate eggs when hiding them for the Easter egg hunts! 🙈

Over the course of the last week we’ve all been thinking of names for our spring born heifer calf & we’ve settled on Buttercup 🌼 Our molly lambs have also now been named! We have Bo2 & Belle 🥰

We invite guests to come feed the lambs, cows and calfs every morning and evening, as well as feeding and collecting eggs from the chickens every morning! 🐓

Nerys has been working with us part time on the farm, gardening & with cottages. Today she put her therapeutical massaging skills to use on her first ever cow!! Sylvie is resting up with a friend in their own pen taking it easy!
