We’ve closed down for good and moved to Wales!

Still no B&B, but lots of yoga classes are being transmitted live from the kitchen!

It’s 2021! But we’re in lockdown, so treat yourself to some physical and mental self-care with interactive regular zoom yoga classes.
During the one-hour zoom sessions I can see everyone in the class and offer guidance and encouragement.
Suitable for all abilities, the classes provide differentiation and progression, wherever you are in your strength and mobility.
